I don't even know what charges are against him.. But if there are 'lower' charges he'll probably be convicted on one of them.. I mean all the guy had to do is just stay in the F'ing vehicle and mind his own business and none of this would have happened.

Hung jury. Race riots. Feds step in. Try him in Fed court for something like civil rights violation. Ive seen this before.

I haven't listened to the trial since openings but I was under the impression by the comments in day one that Zimmerman was sucker punched and fell to the ground, at which point Trayvon hopped on top of him and began pounding on his face. Apparently a witness described seeing Trayvon performing an "MMA style ground-and-pound" on Zimmerman. Also, a picture shown to the jury appears to confirm that by showing grass/mud stains on the knees, which one would get had they been mounted on top of someone in the grass/dirt.

So I don't think Trayvon was physically taking Zimmerman's head and slamming it into the pavement - though his blows may have caused that to some degree if Zimmerman was picking his head up from off the ground and the blows were causing the back of his head to hit.

Anyways, just an observation.
