Black, white blue red, dumb, smart, literate, illiterate.....I don't think you should have a right to vote for POTUS if you didn't pay federal taxes last year. If you have no skin in the game, why should you have any say so with the money the feds have? It's like stock in a company, only stockholders have say-so in the company, not just anyone. If you paid federal taxes in the last year, any federal income taxes, then you have "stock" in the company and should get one vote. Not state tax, not sales tax, not luxury tax, FEDERAL INCOME TAX since voting for president is a FEDERAL election. If you have no state taxes paid, then no votes in state elections. It differs of course from stock in that you either get no votes or one, not how many votes depending on how much you paid in. On that note, all taxpayers should be equal.
That's how I feel.
