Again though, this presumes that the state cannot come up with a very compelling piece of evidence that can remove reasonable doubt.

Talk about this trial would be over had he called him a creepy ni)gger. Hell, the media already edited the phone convo to have Zim saying "he looks black" editing out the part where the 911 dispatcher asked his race! And Comrade expects me to believe a damn thing he says when these media sources are where he gets his info from?
