It doesn't matter if they want that, it's not in their legal sphere to demand it. Congress is the legislative body. The 15th Amendment gives it power to pass the laws based on their discretion so long as it works. The evidence proved it works. Therefore, nothing requires them to change. The Supreme court made up rules out of thin air.
Watching conservatives defend the most activist ruling in decades is hilarious, though.
