i don't know that it is good or that it is bad that it is dead. i don't know any benefits that the rhino gave us, outside of traditional chinese medicine. since such stuff is mostly all bogus, it seems to have not given us any benefit. so why is it "bad"? the dinosaurs are all dead. is this "bad"? is it "bad" whenever a species dies, no matter how destructive or useless it is to us? how do you even qualify that as being "bad"?

and again, the black rhino is not extinct. the western black rhino is apparently, but it's not a species. the black rhino is still roaming the wild, although yes, it is critically endangered. it is certainly not extinct.
