He had 2 of the 3 ingredients needed for a known drug... except for the one that is actually a drug. It's pretty much like having a brownie mix and canola oil. 2 of 3 ingredients needed for a powerful drug! It's a real stretch anyways, "Lean" is traditionally Sprite, Jolly Ranchers, and (most importantly) codeine. The soda and candy is just to mask the flavor, it does nothing to intensify the drug. You can get really f**k up on DXM and probably hurt someone, but considering there is absolutely no proof it's totally irrelevant.
