So, my next question is this: I should be able to purchase weapons and explosives despite any legitimate warning signs? It's only AFTER I have committed terrorism that you can then say: no more guns/explosives for you! Um, wouldn't that be considered in most circles "Way too f***ing late"?

If somebody on a terrorist watch list boarded a plane--and this HAS happened, remember?--and blew it up or tried to, don't you think the overwhelming opinion would be: how in the hell was he allowed to do that (this too HAS happened remember)?
Yet in this scenario victims are going to be told this was necessary because we weren't going to violate anybody's 2nd Amendment rights, terrorist or not?
