When it comes to money if they KNEW they could get away with fraud, or whatever I believe almost everyone would take advantage of the situation and make money, even illegally..

And with the banks they are dealing with billions, hell trillions of $'s.. No way should they be trusted.. That's why IMO it's quite shocking when I hear politicians say we should completely deregulate the financial sector..

As an economy that would be suicidal..

It's already suicidal, and it's going to be when they blow up the economy again. What then? Do we do another "stimulus"? With what? Are we going to say that 15, 20% unemployment is the new normal?

What you're describing is the very reason we have laws--because while not everybody would take advantage, too many would.

We have created a lawless environment for Wall St. where they can do whatever they want and they get meaningless fines as the consequence. And they know that.

This absolves them of nothing.

I'm not going to argument about this all day.. The banks were forging foreclosures and documents. Forgery is a crime.. If you want to keep saying the banks were ONLY breaking civil laws, then fine..

In Florida in 2011 for example some lawyer firms and banks were found to be forging signatures on some processing documents.

BTW your debate tactics here that no one but you know the law, or finance, or anything is getting tiresome..
