It hurt her so bad she lost over 20 pounds recovering from the injuries. That's what 3rd degree burns over 6% or your body and 2nd degree burns over another 10 will do to you.
Obviously this was not a normal cup of coffee that one might receive some mild discomfort if they were to come in contact with. Some factor caused extreme injury. That factor was the policy of the restaurant that sold the coffee to heat the coffee to a specific temperature. Therefore it is clearly their fault she was severely injured.
You guys act as if she burned her tongue and got a million bucks for it.
