It's not unrealistic to imagine people might add cream and sugar to their coffee in their car when you are selling through a drive-thru. Nor is it unreasonable to think somebody might issue a warning when serving a liquid that hot - it is standard practice in every restaurant everywhere to warn customers about that sort of thing.

You are just being obtuse because your precious principles don't actually work in real life.

Personal responsibility is a principle that gets thrown around by Randroids and libertarians who apparently have never made a mistake or had an accident after doing something stupid, which can happen to the most intelligent person alive. Which is why you think we shouldn't require companies to issue courtesy reminders of the potential dangers of their product. Which is of course libertarian crap.
