I'm more interested in the water they use for their ice, it would all seem kind of pointless if they use shitty tap water or god forbid they accidentally mix French water ice cubes, with English water...the 100 years war all over again. Overall, this was only a matter of time, 50 years ago if you said we would be drinking bottled water they would have looked at you incredulously.

The tasting menu is only $12 though. So its easy to contrast. Just a couple extra mg of sodium in this one...a couple mils of carbonate in this one...the slightest carbonation in this one....
