Looks like she pretty much decimated it anyways. I'd definitely kill it out of spite, though.

Neighbor feuds are simultaneously awesome and the worst. My old place I had a couple of giant old cherry trees. Half my neighbors seemed to think it was kosher to just come over and help themselves. I thought about raging, but honestly, it was 50 times more cherries than I could possible use, so what's the point?

I grow raspberries in my alley that I planted and water, they're mine as far as I'm concerned. We do tell the neighbor kids to help themselves whenever they want. Someone taking them like that lady w/o my permission would have gotten my dander up.

Probably not "her property". Some sort of city easement I imagine. I wish I could have seen how the convo started. If I were the homeowner I would have just let her pick the few stalks and been neighborly. Anyone who goes around with a cart picking random areas for food probably needs it more than me.
