Got a job

So, I'm not trying to brag here, but for those of you I have been posting with for years on the forums I just wanted to get an update out.

As of yesterday, I have been hired as the Head Boy's Soccer (Football to the lads) Coach at a 5A school here in the DFW metroplex. This position is also tailored to Assistant Football (I'll be the kicker coach apparently ) and also teaching World History.

For most of you this won't mean anything, but this is big for me considering I just graduated this May. Quite frankly, becoming a teacher and dual coaching will take up a lot of my time and I most likely won't be spending it on here as much. I will be reporting this upcoming Tuesday for my first day and from there on its creating a great program for myself. I'm unsure of how much I'll spend on here and this isn't goodbye because we all know how addicting this place is, but I can't say I'll be on PCF as much as I used to be.

With that said, I'll still stop by as best I can. Cheers.

Congrats fstarcstar!

My son who also graduated in May goes down Monday to get medical/drug tests and to fill out paperwork for his security clearance. Once the paperwork is through (hopefully in a month or so) he can start working. Big relief to say the least.

Yeah, congrats.. I'm not a big soccer fan but i know you are.. This sounds like a great deal for you.. I bet you'll enjoy coaching more than teaching World History..
