By "there aren't enough resources in the world for everyone to succeed," what you really mean is "there aren't enough resources in the world for a narrow segment of the population to consume the vast majority of those resources while preventing other from living unhealthy, short and brutal lives." You can't have the suburbs without the ghettoes, in other words.
I also find it extremely amusing that you are talking about not taking out mortgages you can't afford... meanwhile, you have admitted elsewhere that you rely upon not having to pay back your school loans in full. You took out those loans knowing full well that you would never be required to pay them back, meanwhile, those not as lucky as you are evicted from their shitty apartments for not gaming the system as effectively as you.
It is obvious to anyone with a functioning brain stem that you represent the worst and most shallow members of society: those born into privilege with no recognition of how that privilege has enabled them to succeed where others cannot. The idea that capitalism is some sort of easily gamed system, and you are an expert, is also hilarious: you are a teacher working for the government, in a job that is entirely free from any competition or market forces whatsoever.
Again, your argument is nothing more than shallow materialism combined with a sense of entitlement and justified using the egoism that forms the bedrock of capitalism. None of which disproves the essential inequality of capitalism. And given your total reliance upon government grants, government jobs and government services, I find your position especially laughable.
