The universal background check seems pretty common sense to me.

The clip limits? Never could figure that out.

That said, these recalls should be put to better use.

Some thoughts from the ground.

This was less about guns than partisan politics. We currently are trying to put an amendment on the ballot that would overturn the magazine limits (the thing people really don't like), we have thousands of members, and have gotten lots of play from local media. We have no money though....all the money is from partisan sources going to partisan sources...the money is ignoring us. This is about re-energizing the local republican party, which on the whole is a lot more fascist than the local Dems.

I feel bad for Morris. I disagree with him on the mag issue but he was a hell of a good Senate President and got a lot of good legislation through.

Shit cost a lot of money.

It sometimes sucks to be a swing state. This whole damn mess is the result of the national political spot-light, with all its herp and derp, focusing in on my little state. They are trying to Jefferson's-Lab Colorado, which is a big mistake.
