Mo - work question here. Is there an online manual that I can reference when welding? Something that says what wire speeds and power levels I should start at when welding certain types and gauges of metal? I always guess, and it takes me a few tries to get it right. Completely ruins the aesthetics of the finished product when part of it either looks like bird shit or has holes burned through the base metal.

I haven't done any MIG welding and probably won't be for quite awhile. We're pretty much strictly Stick with a little TIG and Stainless. I would check the Lincoln or Miller web sites. They should have the charts. I've gotta dig out the rest of my reference books. Things got a little scattered after our last move.
