I'm not impressed with Cipolte's grub. They put 4 oz. of beef on an $8.00 burrito and fill the whole thing to over flowing with $.10 worth of rice. Good business model but bad Amero-Mexi food. Go see Romero round the block who makes his own tortillas and includes a flame broiled green onion with the burrito before wrapping it up.

Chipotle is one of the more impressive large service sector companies in terms of principles that this country has ever seen. The things they decide to do on principle to support healthier ag and the communities they invest in are on average... wayyy above the norm.

What exactly have they done?

Depends for me. If I go in and the things that go wrong are clearly ongoing, I won't go back. Things like the place shows signs of poor cleaning, disorganization and such. If it's clear it's just a matter of everyone having a bad day, I'll give them another chance. You can usually tell the difference.
