Why not cut the money we send to various $hithole nations that would rather shoot us in the back?

SNAP is one of the best anti-poverty measures we have in this nation which has been demonstrated time & again.
The fact that the GOP in one breath supports cutting SNAP while supporting an increase in farm subsidies demonstrates who cartoonishly evil they have become.
They literally want to take food out of the mouths of babies to put money into the pockets of the wealthy.
