The meat they use in the meat sauces at Olive Garden is pretty much dog food. That said, I know a lot of working class folk that really enjoy going there. Darden Restaurants owns Olive Garden, Lonestar Steakhouse and Red Lobster. I did well on them during the recession. We are not part of their target demographic. At this point, I think they're worried that their target is having a hard time affording to dine with them.
