Earn it?
But...The capital we use to enable that production originally comes from the harvesting of accumulated primeval capital built through thousands of years of humanities collective production activities.
None of us can earn anything.
So, clearly, in the far future our descendants are going to postulate that we have a much better claim to it, since everything they are going to "earn" is based on what we "earned". And the only reason we can "earn" it is because some caveman invented the wheel at some point, so really....he should probably get the goods. After all...the invention of the wheel has allowed for the generation of nearly all of humanities productivity and development.
So...I think I've got a damn good claim on that cash. Consider how much my present production is going to be worth in 50,000 years, with everyone building off of it!
