How does this further gender equality, Dharma? Lay it out for me.
Explain how altering one line of a national anthem sung at sporting events - and that's pretty much it - will further gender equality.
You know what does? Increased funding for women's shelters is a good one, unfortunately the budget for such things has been slashed by the same Prime Minister who - surprise, surprise - endorses this symbolic gesture.
And yes, I have read at least 90% of her stuff. She is good (except for her poetry). Surely I don't have to explain the difference between good and the greatest living author.
