If the GOP didn't shut the government down over Obamacare the kids with cancer would be getting the medicine and the parks would be open.. Add in the fact that the GOP HAS THE VOTES to end this, but Bohner won't allow it. So how anyone can blame Obama is partisan politics at it's worse.

What it tells me is that the only thing that matters is never-ending opposition to Obitler.

And because that's become the only screener for being a GOP elected official these days, this is what you end up with.

People who have no intention of governing, only to come to Washington and wreak havoc to appease their fanatic base of angry white people. The fact that somebody like Ted Cruz is appearing on behalf of the GOP is just flat-out embarrassing. I thought Palin was bad, then came Bachmann, now this bozo.

But that one rep spelled it out: they're doing this to play to the fume-sniffing ass clowns in the TP, who will "primary" them if they don't set fire to the country because they hate Obama and Left literally that much.

Indy, you need to tone down the rhetoric. Sometimes it feels like I'm arguing with some dude in the desert wearing a tinfoil hat who thinks that the space critters are listening. I don't mean that to be insulting. Your posts are usually well thought-out. But, name-calling belies that impression.
