One thing I did side with the GOP on was the delay of the business side of the ACA until 2015. First, there is no constitutional basis for the executive to state they are not going to enforce part of a law. At the same time, I realize why they did it this way. The GOP house would never make legislation to amend the ACA and put off the business side of it until 2015, so the Dems went the only route they could, by circumnavigating the legislative procedure and simply stating they weren't going to enforce it. This is why I am not a fan of either party ATM. The GOP will play hardball and the Dems will see it as an opportunity to say "f**k the constitution" and see to it that what they want done gets done, which is f**k on both sides. Main reason the past 2 elections I have only voted for local seats, nothing higher than governor.
