There is a way for the states to fight back and force the gubmint to repeal Obamacare, all they have to do is veto the exchanges and refuse to expand Medicaid.

they can't veto the exchanges. The federal gov't already set them up and the insurance companies are already taking clients.

Its far from over. Chris Christie vetoed the exchange bill in NJ and less than half of the states have actually enacted an exchange of any sort, the rest dont want it- so it means the feds have to handle the bulk of it. Plus the battle for medicaid is just about to explode so Obamacare is far from certain.
