The right to privacy of your own person trumps the right of the fetus to use your body to live.
It's logical, and intuitive. We practice it every day. The unfortunate fact is that for whatever reason some people have become convinced that a fetus is a person, and thus has rights that are greater than it's host. That simply isn't the case.

I rather think that most people are anti abortion until they have an unwanted pregnancy.
