By most tables and rankings etc (I would find a link but I'm on my phone) American healthcare is shit by international standards in the developed world. So my question to people against Obamacare are would be what would you do to improve healthcare? Or are you so happy with your own insurance that you don't give a crap about the health and well being of your fellow citizens.

These kinds of polls don't matter much to the GOP house members who are responsible for the shutdown. They're mostly afraid of losing a primary from the right.
