It's Canadian Thanksgiving, and Jess and I were voluntold to host it in our new home.
Anyways, I ended up borrowing a deep-fryer and cooking the turkey that way.
f**k. Crispy skin and the juiciest turkey I've had. It only took about 50 minutes to cook, and alot less difficult to clean up. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Have you guys tried this before? Any suggestions or hints to pass along? I used canola oil, but I've heard that peanut oil is even better.
Happy Thanksgiving!
