I liked Animal Farm, too. Almost suggested it, then thought about copyright implications.
I made a Cuban pizza the other day. Marinated pork in mojo (a marinade/sauce made from sour orange juice, garlic and onion) then roasted it, then shredded. Sliced ham. Then made a sauce out of a little of the mojo, touch of spicy brown mustard, few sprigs of dill, and chicken stock, thickened with a little roux. The cheese was basic mozzarella, but spiked with a little swiss and goat cheese. For the crust, I used the bread recipe for French bread, but rolled it into a flat pizza shape and pre-cooked it a bit on one side (lay one crust flat, cover with tin foil, lay other on top, then cook just until the crust isn't ooey-gooey - that is the "top" of your pizza - the bottom cooks in the oven after you put the toppings on and everything on a pizza stone.
Tasted kind of like a Cuban sandwich, but was definitely a pizza.
