Should Toronto Police arrest Dick Cheney?

Legally and morally Canada absolutely should arrest Dick Cheney, but obviously there is no chance in hell that they will actually do so. Either Obama or the SCOTUS could have chosen to hold Cheney responsible, but they both chose not to do so, so he's now effectively above the law when it comes to the crimes he commited when he was in office.

And know what the amazing thing is? He's been in the news a lot lately and he is 100% unrepentant. Not only does he think he did nothing wrong he actually admires himself.

You can't arrest someone who is protected by diplomatic immunity. Cheney could walk down a Canadian street and shoot someone in full view of the public, and the most that Canada could LEGALLY do is to expel him.

Of course, you'd first have to prove that he actually was guilty. Something that no one in the US has been able to do. Sure, www.lawyersagainstthewar.com have some "evidence", but something tells me that they aren't an impartial group.
