I also had a terrific lobster bisque the other day and remembered how much I love that, but something feels not right about nominating a soup for this particular discussion.

Garlic mashed potatoes (the kind you whip together with sour cream and cover with cheese before baking) are probably my favorite food. Nothing like a big bowl of savory carbs to induce the kind of food coma you don't want to be resuscitated from. Smoked brisket tacos are probably my second favorite, with pico de gallo and a cilantro cream sauce.

Dharma is right soft shell crab poboys are amazing.
I cant really decide on one dish thats tmy favorite, too many to choose form.
