Also I would sue the individuals as individuals as well demand to have them arrested. That's more than a civil violation. They deserve a long stretch of jail time and he should get their homes and all of their property.

It never surprises me when the government does crazy shit like that. It is obscene and should never be tolerated, but again, it doesn't really surprise me.

But the hospital? Why the hell would they go along with it? It should be immediately obvious to any hospital that this will open them up to a whole shit ton of liability, since a doctor swears an oath to obtain consent. Why the hell would they cooperate? What do they possibly stand to gain?
