Never been through a divorce, so I'm speaking somewhat ignorantly here, sorry. Been through some really bad breakups, though, where we'd lived together for years upon years.

How do almost all divorces end badly? If I got one, I'd just say, "Take it. Take it all. We'll reach an equitable solution for the kids (you get primary custody, but I get them every now and then), but you get the house, your car, all the crap, etc. I just need my car."

That's how all the breakups went. I was willing to give up everything just to get them the Eff out.

most guys don't want to give up everything. Also, alimony + child support is problematic.

I'm not quick to believe her.

He said. She said. The cops have to arrest him even though they did not witness Zimmerman with the gun and it was locked up when they got there. That doesn't mean he did point it at her but it also doesn't mean he didn't.

Now look at this possibility. She knows he's a media target. She knows a lot of people still believe he's guilty. She knows that she can accuse him of something and he's guilty until proven innocent. It's her word against his and George's credibility isn't anything to brag about.

She could have lied.

If she didn't, then George is a total fool and maybe needs locking up for pointing a gun at her. Take your pick.
