From reading his wiki Rob Ford was a rich daddys boy who wanted all the typical things like fame and success, but never had to work for his gains and was allowed to be on the football team in college because of his and his families wealth. He dropped out of college and he bought his way into the political sphere. He has been coasting since day 1 and it is no surprise to me that this happens.

If you are rich and bored you should pick up a different hobby than 'being mayor'. Preferably one that dosen't impact the lives of others and in Rob Fords case hopefully something outside and physical so he doesn't die of heart disease in the next 5 years.

You don't have to be a puritan to realize this guy is unfit to lead. I'm fine with people being degenerates on their own time and on their own dime but this guy can't leave office sooner.
