I don't remember a claim that we'd be 100% out of Afghanistan in every way. Only that the official war would end.

Right now there's a sizable part of the GOP who demands 100% ideological purity, which makes them completely inflexible and unreasonable. It also means no one can live up to their standards.

Yeah but purity to what? They don't stand for anything anymore which is why I find it so fascinating. Besides declaring war on Obama and "the left."
It's really such a strange, strange time in politics here.
Anyway, back to the topic: Afghanistan. Seriously WTF?
We're cutting food stamps and things left and right domestically but yet pumping $10MM per HOUR into that black hole and... tell me again what we're getting out of that? Why is nobody asking that? BTW speaking of "fraud" and people allegedly so upset where our money goes--does anybody in their right mind think that money is being accounted for?
