His pizzas would taste good. The oven he had was phenomenal, and the fact that he gets legit Buffalo cheese (at truly incredibly prices I might add) goes a long way. I have no doubt that it tastes good, I was just a little surprised by how poorly he prepared it.
He didn't even bother trying to distribute the basil around the pizza, instead concentrating it all sloppily in the center, so that your first bite will taste heavily like basil and the rest of the slice will taste like tomato sauce, cheese and bread. His dough was stretched poorly, and had a number of visible thin spots. Finally, his sauce was thin and watery, and the guy actually added more f**k salt to the pizza (calling it "spices"). Which is like getting canned soup and dousing it with salt - totally unnecessary and substitutes good, wholesome flavour for the food equivalent of crack.
