We almost always make our own pizza dough (Julia Child's recipe), but we've used very thin pre-made crusts on busy weeknights before and they're a lot better than they used to be. Topped with cooked chicken, home made pesto, and fresh mozzarella. Grilled for 7 minutes. Quick and easy dinner.
