Kind of hilarious. He did the same gestures over and over again. I'd guess this whole schizophrenic thing is just another lie. I'd wager he is a career scam artist.

The Secret Service relies on the host nation to vet these people. That is standard policy. It's not their fault but I assume it's time to look into allowing SA to vet people.
