on the one hand i agree and hate the early access

onthe other, i know how much money needs to be sunk into something to make it come out right, and something as grand as that? it's interesting how they did that. the video i linked is 30 minutes long; it shows the playable hangar thingy. what i hate beyond measure is the "season pass" where you get the dlc that they hold off from including in the release

this game looks very BSG. not that i would ever complain of something being like BSG

i'd like to take this opportunity to announce that i'm working on an EU4 mod. better map, more events. it's going to be great.

yeah ive been trying some of that as well. does it have a theme?

the new CKII patch fixed a lot of stuff that went wrong with 2.0, namely, well, the jews don't die immediatly becasue event spawned troops were insanely godly anymore. hungary ends up with a bit more than 5k men when it forms now; i watched an arumba playthrough where he had something like 100k men and then proceeded to use just event spawned troops to take over from the carpathians to across the strait of gilbralter in like 10 years, NK mode all the way. that was in 1.x where the event spawned troops were balanced as well (he gamed the shit out of the form hungary event)

it starts at 1300, which i find way more interesting than 1356. it's basically going to be meiou and taxes without being f**k terrible. hopefully. otherwise, it's going to be historical just with a lot more flavor added to it
