Lol that's like saying that coaching the best high school teams is better than college. Nah. NFL is the next level. The only way you diminish yourself in the NFL is by failing.

What is or isn't failing? Is a .667 season failing? Missing the playoffs failing? Not winning the division championship failing?
Seems no matter the criteria, a lot of NFL coaches are failing.
But it's irrelevant. The pay at Texas will be better, the school is definitely a way bigger deal nationally than the Eagles are, and Kelly isn't going to win a Superbowl anytime soon.
All indications point to yes, he's leaving. I think he would be an idiot not to, really. And the high school - college comparison isn't really valid, since even now coaches switch between college and the NFL, nobody switches between high school and college.

Success would be winning the division with pretty much the same team that finished last place the previous year, which is what he's on the way to doing.
The money will be better in college and if he prefers the college atmosphere then this is among the best job offers you can get. But it's not more prestigious than successfully running an nfl team.
