My point is when people point out the fraud in Medicare, saying it loses billions because doctors run unneeded procedures, and play games to get Medicare to pay more... The same thing happens in the private sector.. You can be sure that if I walk into an ER with a broken arm and with HI they will run many more tests, and Xrays, and MRI's than on someone with a broken arm who has no insurance.
The reasons for the fraud and unneeded procedures for both public and privates HI/HC is pretty much the same.
