Sprint?

Ok, so ATT basically gives you 3gb, unlimited text, and 450 mins for $90. I don't get why anybody would buy through Verizon right now.

Yeah.... Not sure what I'm gonna do now. And I just looked at sprint....depending on where you're going to use the phone you may if may not enjoy a 4GLTE connection. $80 a month for 450 mins, unlimited text, talk, and data. The coverage that they provide looks minimal....so why buy a 4G device through them? That's a large part of buying an iPhone...san fran isn't even listed as getting coverage soon. Bizarre.

Might go for metro pcs...but I recall them possibly being bought out. Can't remember now.

They've surely got 4G WiMAX though. That's what I use around here. Not as good as LTE, but much much better than 3G. Sprint's 3G is really pretty lame.

Sprint LTE and Verizon LTE are close enough to be competitive, depending on the market. A lot of the problem with Sprint is that people are still testing verizon LTE against sprint WiMAX, and they aren't even close to the same thing. That said, Verizon does have the fastest network hands down. Problem is they think they are allowed to give you a complete gastric flossing with hundred dollar bills as a consequence.

To a lot of people though, its worth the extra money to save those extra seconds of wait time.

What we really need is more options for prepaid on premium phones. I'd cheerfully pay up front for a phone if I could have appropriately priced plans. Over the long haul it should be much cheaper.
