yes but "didn't want to do anything" from you means literally not to do anything. that means not do sanctions, not pressure them, shit, you'd probably trade with them. this, combined with the laughable "provide as many troops as bosnia" mantra, is a tired and discredited argument that you give every single time a foreign policy discussion comes up.
i don't agree with your premise because when i say "who said anything about changing" i mean stay the course, when you say "do nothing" you mean that in the most literal and dogmatic sense of do nothing. you're a dogmatic isolationist and that strategy hasn't been viable or relevant for at least a century.
