Good shoes like Allen Edmonds should last many years. Those ones he posted are probably about 300 bucks, but in 5 years they should still be going strong, whereas the guy who buys a new pair of poorly constructed 60 dollar dress shoes every year will have spent the same amount and have to continue buying shoes that quickly fall apart.
