Chef Boyardee is a fictional character based on a guy named Biordi who had an Italian restaurant back in the day. How is that like a guy who makes action films?

Michael bay receives unnecessary levels of hate primarily because south park dissed him and everyone else has bandwagoned on to the hating Michael Bay train.

He makes shitty movies but there's a big demand for those types of films. It's not like Transformers was going to be aren't film and he ruined it. He did exactly what they wanted to be done with that script.
