I'd be more comfortable if it were the husband pushing to keep her alive. This though....this is weird. The government shouldn't have any role in this IMO.

This seems like a pretty simple one. You have a father and husband, living, with full rights. A wife and mother dead, with minimal rights. An unborn baby with minimal rights. And a legal document.
The father takes precedence, then the legal document, then the husband, then the unborn child, then the mother.
