NO is in a similar situation as GB... They need a defense..

There's no such thing as a great defense in the NFL anymore, the rules prevent that.. But a team still needs a defense that can make a stop when they absolutely need too.. GB can't do that, neither can NO.. Both teams have great QB's and offenses, they need to concentrate on improving the defenses..

And Brees was off for the first half. He was 3/8 for 19 yards at one point. Granted, Russell Wilson wasn't that much better but the passing was just....meh. I guess the Saints aren't meant to get past the divisional rounds as of late.

On the road, on the playoffs? You need a decent defense.. You got to make a big stop.. In the last few years NO and GB defenses just can't make a big stop.. Its almost a given, if the other team need a big drive or a big 3rd conversion, they'll get it against NO and GB..

Yes Brees was off the 1st half, no doubt.. But some of that was Seattle has a decent defense.
