No, they would not. It's hilarious you think that. Every f**k governor does this REGULARLY. Rick Scott is the KNOWN mastermind behind a huge Medicare fraud. Then he used that money to get himself elected governor. Zero f**k chance a president could do that today. Not to mention the dozens of bullshit contracts he has pushed to his buddies, or how he conveniently sliced every one of his political enemies out of the state budget.
Kwame is just on his own level. The guy thought he ran a gang or something.
My point is, as far as corruption goes, Dick Cheney is pretty minor. Again, his corruption didn't get us into Iraq, stupid policy by a stupid president did. Just about every governor in the country regularly does worse, as the Christie issue showed us.
