Non - I'd also say The Line. You've doubtless got a few stories that you could tell in there. Then, you can ask your friends for their stories. Model a judge after some real-life schumck judge you know.
And, keep it light. I wouldn't get too deep into a plot, unless you have a really good one lined up. You could have a small plot (takes up less than 20% of the pages) about how you started as a law student and eventually defended a big case. But, most of it should be stories about all-nighters, drinking heavily after an exam, etc.
Look at the Wolf of Wall Street. Good book (though I heard the movie was a comedy?). Virtually no plot. I have no idea how he became rich, I have no idea what happened to his company, I have no idea where he ended up (except for internets). But, it was a page turner, because you wanted to see what crazy sub-story was going to happen next.
