Ya, I remember the first time I got online. It was such a feeling of endless possibility. Just searching for ANYTHING was amazing.

The internet was a lot quirkier back then. There were a lot of pretty funny personal webpages out there. Now everyone just has facebook accounts.

I remember pioneering the pirating of mass wav file distribution with iRC and AOL chats, sucking down FTP sites and direct downloading web pages.... then MP3s came along.... oh yea and AOL 2.5 was daBest. My mom loved it because i was always on fake accounts and she didnt have to pay for it.... oh yea playing BattleTech and punting people who rubbed you the wrong way was kind fun too.... Har Har Har!
