My point is the State will look for a way to make money.. If Texas doesn't legalize it, and tax it like Colorado, then they'll probably up the fines..
IMO maybe a traffic court type of thing.. Here in NY even a minor speeding ticket will easily cost you $250 or maybe even more. I can see the same type of fines with this. If you're caught with only a small amount of weed more than they 'allow' you're going to get hit with heavy fines. No prison, but heavy fines. IMO
